What role do you play in conflict situations in your program? Do you know how to turn a conflict situation into an opportunity for growth? This interactive workshop introduces participants to a step-by-step model for reframing conflict as well as general principles of conflict resolution.

Please register for the workshop at least 24 hours hours in advance. If there are less than people registered 24 hours before the workshop, it will be canceled. This is a live, virtual, interactive workshop that requires participation for learning. We request that participants attend from individual devices whenever possible, not multiple people per device.
