What role do you play in conflict situations in your program? Do you know how to turn a conflict situation into an opportunity for growth? This interactive workshop introduces participants to a step-by-step model for reframing conflict as well as general principles of conflict resolution.

Please register for the workshop at least 24 hours hours in advance. If there are less than 3 people registered 24 hours before the workshop, it will be canceled. This is a live, virtual, interactive workshop that requires participation for learning. We request that participants attend from individual devices whenever possible, not multiple people per device.
