This live, virtual, interactive workshop is for program managers and their staff to consider the realities of change initiatives, learn how to read and interpret their self-and/or external assessment PQA data, and make improvement plans based on interpretation of their data. Program managers in attendance should have attended PQA Basics and have been active participants in program self-assessment. Participants must come to this training with their PQA self-assessment data.
